What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping times vary by destination — typically 5-12 business days for international orders. Free shipping applies automatically for orders above USD 60.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey.
What customs or duties might I need to pay?
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and may not be included at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you realise you need to make a change, contact us promptly at support@storeinfinitelightness.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but can’t guarantee availability.
What size should I choose?
Our sizing runs true-to-fit. Each product page includes a size chart and fit guidance. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a relaxed look or the smaller size for a more fitted silhouette.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage/incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my garment?
We want your pieces to last. Please follow the care instructions on the label — generally: wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; reshape and lay flat to dry; avoid bleach and high heat. This helps maintain fabric integrity and color vibrancy.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We often restock popular pieces, but some items are limited-edition. If you see “Sold Out,” you can join the ‘Notify Me’ list on that product page to get an alert when it returns (or an alternative drops).
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
At this time, gift cards are available for purchase (via our shop). Gift wrapping may be offered as a paid add-on — check at checkout or contact us for seasonal promotions.
